Men’s 1st XI

Oxted are going from strength to strength in the National League Premier League, having held their place in the National League Conference for longer than any other club before earning promotion. The 2024/25 campaign marked a real step forward for the Men’s 1s. After a steady first half of the season, the squad surged into the top six after Christmas and carried that momentum into the playoffs. Their run became one of the stories of the year as they became the first club to reach the final four from a sixth place finish.

The group showed real resilience and ambition throughout the knockout stages, pushing some of the strongest sides in the country to the limit. They came within touching distance of a European place, only missing out to Wimbledon on penalties after a fiercely contested match. The squad continues to grow in quality, supported by players who represent their countries at under 21 and senior level. Having international level talent within the squad raises standards across the team and reinforces the belief that Oxted can compete with the very best.
