Junior Awards Day 2026 - What a Day to Remember!
Sunday 19th April couldn't have gone better. With glorious sunshine overhead and a huge turnout from our junior community, the atmosphere at Oxted School was everything we could have hoped for and more.
It was truly special to welcome so many of our senior players onto the pitch as guest coaches for the morning. Seeing Olympians, England internationals and National League players working side by side with our youngsters made for an inspiring and unforgettable experience. The smiles on the kids' faces said it all.
From skills and ball techniques to fun games, the juniors threw themselves into every session with enthusiasm and energy - the coaches clearly loved every minute of it too! It was one of those mornings where you could genuinely see players growing in confidence and picking up new skills in real time.
The BBQ, raffle and second-hand kit stall rounded off a brilliant morning, and it was wonderful to see so many families staying to enjoy the celebrations together.
Days like this are what club hockey is all about - and we're already looking forward to doing it all again. Watch this space for more events like this in the future!
